A bigger canvas for your custom campervan

A comfortable campervan starts with a practical base vehicle. At almost six metres long, with a high-roof body and 14 m³ of cargo volume before conversion, the Zeus Max gives us room to explore layouts with generous living space, useful storage and everyday comforts.

That space opens up possibilities for a comfortable sleeping area, a practical kitchen, seating and dining, and bathroom facilities where the layout allows.

Rather than choosing a layout and trying to make your lifestyle fit, start with how you want to travel. We’ll work through the design, equipment and weight requirements with you.

More capacity for the things that matter

The Zeus Max has a 4,490 kg GVM, placing it just below the 4.5-tonne mark.

Its published base-vehicle payload is 1,890 kg, providing a useful starting point for planning cabinetry, appliances, batteries, water storage and other campervan equipment.

The conversion uses part of that payload. Passengers, luggage, water and travel gear must also be included when calculating the completed vehicle’s carrying capacity.

We’ll help you understand these weight allowances as part of the design process, so your build balances comfort, practicality and capacity.

Electric driving, with charging options to suit your journey

The Zeus Max combines a 100.9 kWh CATL lithium iron phosphate battery with a 150 kW electric motor, 370 Nm of peak torque and rear-wheel drive.

The manufacturer quotes a range of up to 310 km for the base vehicle. Your completed campervan’s driving range will depend on its configuration, weight, speed, terrain, weather and use of heating or air conditioning.

Charging capability includes:

  • Up to 22 kW AC charging with the onboard charger and a suitable electricity supply.

  • Up to 120 kW DC fast charging at a compatible charger.

  • A manufacturer-estimated 48 minutes to charge from 20% to 80% under suitable conditions.

Whether you’re charging between trips or stopping along your route, we can discuss how the van’s charging capabilities fit your travel plans.

Charging speeds and times vary with charger output, battery temperature, state of charge and other operating conditions. Achieving 22 kW AC charging requires a suitable three-phase supply.

Your layout. Your priorities.

Your campervan should reflect what matters to you.

Perhaps that means a comfortable bed and plenty of storage for longer trips. It might mean a practical kitchen for cooking on the road, or a seating area that doubles as a workspace.

Depending on the final design, we can explore:

  • Sleeping arrangements for solo travellers or couples.

  • Kitchen cabinetry, refrigeration and electric cooking.

  • Seating, dining and workspace options.

  • Toilet and shower arrangements.

  • Storage for clothing, equipment and everyday essentials.

  • House battery, solar and electrical systems.

  • Lighting, ventilation and interior finishes.

Final inclusions depend on available space, weight allowances, engineering requirements and your chosen specification.

Comfort and confidence on the road

The brochure lists a range of driver comfort and safety features, including air conditioning, push-button start, airbags, a reversing camera and parking sensors.

Braking features include disc brakes, electronic stability control, an electronic parking brake and Auto Hold.

We’ll confirm the equipment fitted to your selected vehicle before finalising your build.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Zeus Max a fully electric campervan?

The Zeus Max is a fully electric van. AdventurEV is exploring it as a platform for custom campervan conversions, with the living-area layout and equipment designed around each customer’s requirements.

How far can it travel on a charge?

The manufacturer quotes up to 310 km for the base vehicle. A converted campervan’s range will vary with its weight, configuration, driving conditions and energy use. Contact us to discuss your typical trips and charging needs.

How much space is available inside?

The base van has a published cargo volume of 14 m³. Usable space after conversion depends on insulation, flooring, cabinetry and the selected layout. The quoted 2,700 mm height is the vehicle’s exterior height, rather than its finished interior standing height.

Can I customise the layout?

Yes. We can discuss your preferred sleeping, cooking, seating, storage and bathroom arrangements, then assess what is practical within the vehicle’s dimensions and weight limits.

Does the 1,890 kg payload remain available after conversion?

No. The published payload is for the base vehicle. The campervan fitout reduces that allowance, and the remaining capacity must accommodate passengers, water, luggage and other items carried.

How much will a Zeus Max campervan cost?

Pricing will depend on the vehicle, layout, equipment and finishes you select. Contact AdventurEV to discuss your requirements and request a tailored proposal.

When can I order one?

Register your interest with AdventurEV for updates on vehicle availability, specifications and potential production timing.
